Guided Island Tour in Paros

The island tour starts with a transfer from your hotel (or a stop near your hotel) to Parikia and ends with a transfer back to the pick-up point.

In Parikia you will be met by an English and German speaking escort. Walking tour of the town. We will walk to the castle and the church of Saints Constantine and Helen, visit the old town and the most beautiful square of the city.

Then we walk through the alleys and reach one of the main attractions of Paros, the Panagia Ekatontapyliani, one of the oldest churches in the country, built around 400 AD and also called "the church with a hundred gates".

It is not only an architectural and archaeological monument, but also one of the most important places of pilgrimage in all of Greece.

From there, the bus will take us to the port of Pounta, where we will catch the ferry to Antiparos. We will stroll through the picturesque town and visit the Venetian fortress (15th century), which is still inhabited.

On the way back to Paros, we will cross the south coast where we will pass by the villages of Alyki and Drios, and then we will reach Piso Livadi where we will have a break. You will have some free time for lunch (optional) or even for swimming.

You will get to know the traditional architecture of Paros during a walk in Lefkes, the former capital of Paros. It is built amphitheatrically in a cross shape, at an altitude of 250 meters, in the center of the island.

It is surrounded by small wooded areas, olive groves and vineyards.

It is characterized by its beautiful pine-rich forest that covers one side of the village.

In the afternoon we reach Naoussa, the beautiful fishing village with all its Cycladic charm. We take a short walk through the small streets and the harbor with the colorful fishing boats, which is one of the most picturesque in Greece. An ideal background for great photos!

The tour ends around 17:00 and you will be brought back to the point from where we picked you up.
